This Privacy Policy applies to your use of online systems provided by Impact Innovations Inc. d/b/a NWI Business Solutions, an Illinois corporation ("we," "us," etc.). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use personal information provided by you on our websites (or affiliated websites) and associated products or services (collectively "Services"). By accessing and using our websites or the Services, you explicitly consent, without limitation or qualification, to the collection, use, and transfer of the information provided by you in the manner described in this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully, as it affects your rights and liabilities under the law. If you disagree with the way that we collect and process personal information, then please do not use this website or our Services.
- Information We Collect. We collect general types of information about you when you visit and use our websites.

Insolvency. The U.S. Bankruptcy Code allows for transfer of information in certain limited circumstances. If we become the subject of an insolvency proceeding, whether voluntary or involuntary, then we (or our liquidator, administrator, or receiver) may sell, license, or otherwise dispose of such information in a transaction permitted by law and approved by the bankruptcy court.
Information Retention. We will retain all of your information for up to two years from the time of your most recent purchase of any of our Services, or, if you do not purchase Services, from the time that you register for an account. However, you are hereby advised, and agree to accept, that even if we delete any given piece of your information, that information may persist on backup or archival media for legal, tax, or other regulatory purposes.
No Information Collected from Minors. We do not knowingly collect any PII from children under the age of 13. We do not solicit business from, nor accept offers to transact business with, minors. Our services are only intended for those who are 18 years of age or older. Normally, we do not have any idea as to the age of any particular user who visits our websites or accesses our Services. However, if we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected PII about a minor under the age of 13, then we will delete that information from our records. Because we do not knowingly collect such information, we have no such information to use or to disclose to third parties.
Security. We take commercially reasonable technological precautions to protect your personal information. However, no information transmission over the Internet is guaranteed to be totally secure. Therefore, we cannot and do not warrant that your information will be totally secure. Any transmission of data in and through our websites is at your own risk. However, access to your information is strictly limited and is not accessible to the public.
Hyperlinks. Our websites may contain links to websites that are owned or operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content – including the privacy practices – of such websites. Any such links are provided for your convenience and reference only. Please review the terms and conditions of third-party websites, as they may be different from ours. The inclusion of a link does not in itself imply any endorsement of any third party who owns or operates the website, nor of any services offered thereon, nor of the accuracy or usefulness of the contents thereof.
Opt Out.
Declining or Withdrawing. You may decline to provide us with information – or, after agreeing, you may subsequently withdraw permission for us to collect information – even though such information might be needed in order to properly access or utilize the Services. If you do that, then you will not be able to access or utilize those Services.
Update. You can add or update information at any time. Please note that when you update information, we typically keep a copy of the prior version for our records.

Transfers Outside the European Economic Area. Users located in or subject to the jurisdiction of the European Economic Area (EEA) are advised that information that we collect may be stored and processed in and transferred to countries outside of the EEA. Please note that our principal place of business is located within in the United States of America. Therefore, for the avoidance of doubt, you should assume that your information will be stored in, processed in, and transferred to countries outside of the EEA.
Choice of Law. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by, and construed according to, the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. All actions hereunder may be brought only in a U.S. state or federal court having jurisdiction in McHenry County, Illinois. You hereby consent to venue in these fora.
Transfer of Rights. You may not transfer any of your rights under this Policy to any other person or entity. We may transfer our rights under this Policy if we reasonably believe that your rights will not be materially affected.
Severability. If a court of competent jurisdiction ultimately determines that any portion of this Policy is unenforceable, then that provision shall be rewritten, interpreted, or otherwise modified to include as much of its nature and scope as will render it enforceable. If that provision cannot be so modified as to be enforceable in any respect, then it shall be severed from this Policy, and the remainder of the Policy shall be enforced as if the offending provision were not included.
Changes and Revisions. We reserve the right to revise this Policy as we, in our sole discretion, may deem necessary or advisable from time to time. Your California Rights. Under California law, a California resident with whom we have an established relationship has the right to request certain information with respect to the types of personal information that we have shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, and the identities of those third parties, within the immediately preceding calendar year, subject to certain exceptions.
